Baking Instructions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Remove the Insert Pins from the Pan. Leave the Cross Insert in the Pan. Just remove the Pins

Leave the Cross Inserts in the Pan and Use a Spray Nonstick Cooking Oil and Spray All Inside & Corners of the Crosses with nonstick oil.

Take a table spoon or a little more of White Bleached Flour and place it inside each of the individual Cross molds while the Insert Pins our OUT of the Pan.

Hold the Pan and Cross Insert firmly and Shake the Pan & Cross Insert back and forth and side to side to get the flour to stick to all insides of the Cross insert.

Hold firmly the Cross Insert and Pan then turn upside down and dump the excess flour out of cookie pan so the Crosses are lightly coated in flour.

Take the 1st small amount of the cookie dough and place it by hand inside the individual crosses. Try to push it down evenly into all the corners of the Crosses. The dough should be about ¼ inch high in the bottom of each Cross. Have a bowl of water to wet your fingers so the dough won’t stick to your fingers

Hold the metal Insert Pins over the sink and lightly spray them with the nonstick cooking oil. Slide
the Insert Pins into the Cookie Pan. Some of the Cookie Dough may be pushed out of place, (No Big Deal) Cookie Dough should evenly fill the Cross Insert JUST Above the Pin.

Place a 2nd thin layer of Cookie Dough inside each Cross Insert, so that there is just enough to
cover the top of the Insert Pins. Dough should be pushed into all corners and only ½ way up the inside of the cross so it can rise to the top of the cross when baked. Remember the Cookie Dough will rise. Moist fingers with water helps

Pray Some MORE!!!!! Ask for the Cookies to Bless the Person who eats it and reads the scripture.

Place the Cookie Pan with the Cross Insert, Insert Pin, and Dough inside oven for Approximately 20-22 until Dough rises and turns lightly golden brown.

Baking time approximately 20 -22 minutes, Try Not To Under Bake.

Some cookie doughs will rise above the cross and a bit over the edge. “No Dig Deal” Also after the dough cools it may leave an indentation of settling grove down the center of the cookie. When the cookie is fully cooled just use your fingers to push the cookie inward through the cross and use frosting to make beautiful. See Instructional Videos on YouTube for more assistance.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes. You can use a knife to trim or cut any excess cookie dough off the edges of the cross to help define the shape of the cross.

Start rolling up the Scripture Scrolls and tying the scarlet string on them while the Cookies are cooling

Slowly remove Insert Pin. Then Remove the Cross Insert for the Pan. The Baked Cookie Dough will
still be inside the Cross Insert. Lay the Cross Insert on a cutting board and let cool are another 5
minutes.

Make sure cookies are completely cool. Hold the Cross Insert over the cutting board and lightly press 1 cookie Cross at a time out of the Cross Insert. ***You should slowly press the corners of the Cross, rotating to the different areas so that the Cookie will not break or crack***

Place the Scroll into the top of the cross so that it slides deep into the cookie. The Scarlet string should be tied around the scroll with about a ¼ to a ½ inch showing from the top of the cookie.

Frost the top of the cookie with decretive frosting applicator (Not Included) Apply sprinkles ASAP then cover with cellophane or plastic wrap to keep fresh. Different Cookie Doughs, Brownie Mix, Fudge, Nut Breads & Rice Crispy Treats may also be used for a variety of flavors. All Things Are Possible with Christ!
